● Established in 1987,　The International Education Exchange Service Center
　　of Hebei Province is an institution under the direct administration of The
　　Hebei Provincial Educationv Department.Verified and approved by Ministry
　　of Education,Ministry of Public Security and State Administration of Industry
　　and Commerce of The People's Republic of China in June 2000,the Center is
　　a legal agency helping students study abroad at their own expense.Included
　　other responsibilities of the Center are: carrying out the traditional
　　non-government cultural and educational exchanges with other countries
　　contacting and receiving the people from foreign social bodies, foreign social
　　bodies, non-government agencies and international exchange and tour in
　　China;introducing foreign teachers to working in the educational institutions
　　concerned in Hebei：providing consulting and liaison services for the people
　　from the educational organizations and other circles of Hebei for their　
　　investigation,research, exchange and tour abroad;conducting various kinds
　　of national and international conferences,seminars and training workshops
　　entrusted by the national and international organizations concerned;
　　managing other programs entrusted by the relevant institutions from home
　　and abroad; providing translation and tour guide services for various academic
　　exchanges; and providing services of the advanced simultaneous
　　interpretation facilities, interpreters and communication for the international
　　conferences conducted by the institutions in Hebei.
